Ok i was walking through Shing Jea and i saw this frog with a witch hat on lol. I thought it was kinda odd lol because Halloween is over now. Anyone know why its there? I heard there is also one in Lion's Arch and some Guild Halls but i duno....

Obviously, The Frog liked his hat so much that he's decided to wear it until Wintersday. Can't blame him, really, that's one fly hat.
